All of our specialty canned salmon products are skinless and boneless, low salt, and cut and packed by hand by Deep Creek Custom Packing in their micro-cannery. There are no preservatives or additives except a pinch of salt in each can. We only sell sustainably harvested, truly wild Alaskan salmon. Deep Creek is a Marine Stewardship Council approved fishery.
