The entrance to the Alaska Wild Berry Park and Village just steps from the main store.
In the summer you can pet and feed live reindeer
Since 2003, no summer trip to Anchorage has been complete without a stop at the Alaska Wild Berry Park and Village. Stroll the Wild Berry trail, pet the reindeer, and take a photo with our 20-foot stone Inukshuk statue.
Finally you can enjoy full lunch or dinner at the Wild Berry Park Grill with its rustic Beer and Wine Garden. And don't miss the exciting Alaskan flavors like "Polar Bear", "Midnight Madness,", and "Glacier Silk" at the Village Ice Cream Shop.
The Wild Berry Theater seats up to 153 people.
The newest addition to the park is the Wild Berry Theater, with a state of the art Christie Digital Projection system.
Our feature films, “Alaska: The Land Beyond” and “Alaska Spirit of the Wild” narrated by Charlton Heston show daily during the summer starting at 11am. Our newest addition to the lineup is “Icy Killers: Secrets of Alaska's Salmon Shark”, a 50 minute movie produced by Evergreen Films for National Geographic.
The Wild Berry Theater is also available for rentals for your events.
The ramp entrance to the park is wheelchair accessible and so is the entire theater (along with handicapped restrooms.) If you would rather be dropped directly at the theater there is vehicle access. Just call in advance so we can have the gates down and back door open for you.
